Snobar, a dessert shop located in West Hollywood, California, serves a unique forzen treat called SNO. SNO is described as a mixture between shaved ice and ice cream. It originated in Taiwan about 50 years ago. The texture of the dessert is described as "similar to a naturally flavored-paper thin frozen ribbon." Snobar makes SNO using purified water infused with natural flavoring before it is flash-frozen. Snobar says, " No matter what part you scoop from the bowl, the taste is always consistent."
